Service terms

Clear expectations before paid work begins.

These website terms provide general service principles. The final proposal, scope, invoice, or signed agreement for a project controls when it contains different or more specific terms.

Estimates and project requests

Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimates for the listed scope. Submitting a form or builder request does not create a contract, authorize work, reserve a start date, or collect payment. Paid work begins only after scope, deliverables, price, payment terms, access, and timeline are confirmed in writing.

REVAMP249 Summer advance special

REVAMP249 applies only to one Site & Growth Audit for one reviewable public business website. The Summer advance special price is $249. The scheduled standard price after the promotion is $495. The code cannot be combined with another discount, exchanged for cash, or applied to implementation, advertising, third-party costs, website packages, or other services.

The free 3-point diagnostic remains separate and includes three visible observations plus the first priority based on the public website. The paid audit provides a deeper documented review and prioritized roadmap. Private systems, multiple websites, unusually large sites, or work requiring account access may need a separate written scope.

REVAMP249 is valid only during the promotion dates shown on the offer page. Availability remains subject to fit, scheduling, a working public URL, and written confirmation of scope.

Scope and changes

The written scope identifies what is included. Features, pages, integrations, content, revisions, migration work, or platform requirements discovered later may change the price or timeline. Material changes should be approved before the added work begins.

Client materials and permissions

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to use the names, text, images, logos, data, accounts, and other materials they supply. Website Design Galaxy may pause or decline work that appears unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or outside the agreed scope.

Third-party platforms and fees

Domains, hosting, payment processors, advertising, premium apps, plugins, stock assets, email services, store platforms, shipping tools, taxes, and other third-party costs are separate unless a written scope says otherwise. Third-party availability, pricing, policies, and outages remain outside Website Design Galaxy's control.

Revisions, approvals, and timelines

The written scope defines the revision approach. Timelines depend on timely access, feedback, approvals, content, and platform availability. A schedule may change when required material or decisions are delayed, or when the project scope changes.

Responsible outcome claims

Website and marketing work can improve quality, usability, search foundations, content, inquiry flow, and measurement. Website Design Galaxy does not guarantee search rankings, platform approval, traffic, revenue, leads, or customer outcomes.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Deposits, milestones, subscriptions, cancellation rights, and refund terms are stated in the applicable written proposal, invoice, payment page, or service agreement. Do not make a payment until those terms and the intended scope are clear.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may support research organization, drafting, code assistance, image creation, or production tasks. Deliverables remain subject to human review and direction. Clients should disclose any requirement that prohibits or restricts particular tools before work begins.
