Project requests and fixed-price purchases

You can request a reviewed quote or buy an eligible fixed-price offer through secure checkout. Submitting a quote request does not create an order, authorize work, reserve a start date, or collect payment. Starting prices, custom combinations, and detailed builder changes require written review of scope and final price before payment.

For a fixed-price purchase, review the listed deliverables, price, recurring charges, and checkout terms before paying. Completing checkout authorizes the one-time charge or selected monthly service shown there. Website Maintenance requires its own explicit authorization and begins at launch. Access, project timing, and any scope questions are confirmed before work proceeds; changes or additional charges require your approval.

Direct-checkout service boundary

Direct checkout covers only the listed, buyer-specific professional-service deliverables. Completed design, setup, planning, copy, or support work is delivered electronically. A fixed-price checkout does not buy a physical item or give access to a reusable Website Design Galaxy product.

Clients own or approve every third-party account used for the work. Website Design Galaxy may configure a client-owned or client-approved account after the client provides access; we do not sell, sublicense, or bundle domains, hosting plans, software licenses, SaaS access, templates, themes, plugins, store plans, payment-processing accounts, stock assets, or other third-party tools with a direct checkout purchase. Related third-party costs are paid directly by the client or separately reviewed and stated in writing.

Physical delivery, a prewritten or reusable software product, a hosted application, a third-party account opened or paid for by Website Design Galaxy, or access to a third-party service is outside direct checkout and requires a separate written scope.

Checkout availability: the checkout page shows which fixed-price services can be paid for directly. A service or location that needs more review goes through a written quote before payment. When direct checkout is available, Stripe collects a billing address and shows the final amount, including any applicable tax, before the buyer authorizes payment. Availability to pay is not a tax exemption or a guarantee that every scope qualifies for direct checkout.

• Payment Link Starter: configuration of one payment-link path in a payment-processor account the client owns or approves. It does not include a processor account, merchant service, payment-platform plan, or processing fees.
• Cart + Catalog Starter: a small catalog and cart or checkout configuration in a store account the client owns or approves. It does not include a store-platform plan, app, template, theme, payment-processing account, or platform fees.
• App UI + Build Starter: a buyer-specific clickable concept for the key screens and user path. It does not include a functioning app, hosted software access, a software license, or a third-party application account.

FALL25 promotion

FALL25 applies 25% off eligible fixed-price Website Design Galaxy services when the final written quote or the fixed-price checkout offer is accepted by November 30, 2026, using America/New_York time. Monthly services use their current rates and require a reviewed scope.

FALL25 does not change monthly rates. Promotions do not stack. The fixed $9/month Website Maintenance fee is excluded from promotions.

FALL25 also discounts eligible one-time Website Repair & Recommendations and Website Revamp & SEO. Complete Custom Revamp remains a starting estimate: written scope and final price are required. Monthly Website Support and Website Maintenance are excluded.

The final written quote or fixed-price checkout confirms eligibility, scope, timing, price, and exclusions. Monthly FALL25 purchases currently require a reviewed quote so the invoice schedule is confirmed before payment. Payment processors, premium domains, store platforms, shipping or tax tools, and other third-party fees are separate unless the written quote expressly includes them.

Current website revamp catalog

The Free Revamp Snapshot reviews one public business website and provides three specific visible observations plus one suggested first priority. It does not include payment, login access, private analytics, account testing, a technical audit, a custom mockup, or website edits.

The $195 Website Repair & Recommendations estimate covers a complete review, mobile and responsiveness fixes, broken links, spacing, alignment, readability, forms, contact paths, needed copy corrections, navigation, usability, and practical recommendations. Work stays within the existing structure; new pages, major features, migrations, and complete redesigns are separate.

The $395 Website Revamp & SEO estimate includes the repair scope plus SEO, page titles, headings, descriptions, wording, content organization, internal links, image descriptions, optional logo and visual-theme changes, updated layouts, future-content recommendations, and final desktop and mobile review.

Complete Custom Revamp starts at $795 and includes Revamp & SEO plus a broader website-wide transformation, multiple visual directions, a custom logo, custom artwork, branded elements, more extensive content and structure improvements, expanded SEO, advanced responsive improvements, recommendations, and final review. Artwork, page count, logo deliverables, functionality, and platform requirements determine final scope and price.

Monthly Website Support is estimated at $219 per month and may include routine updates, proactive SEO and content priorities, contact-path improvements, performance review, recommendations, and a defined monthly approval process. It is quoted separately from one-time work. Larger work, hosting, domains, premium tools, and third-party costs remain separate.

If a client completes paid Website Repair & Recommendations and accepts an eligible Website Revamp & SEO or Complete Custom Revamp within 30 days, a credit may be included only when confirmed in writing. It is not automatic, transferable, redeemable for cash, or guaranteed to equal the full repair price.

Revamp requests begin with an estimate. An eligible fixed-price checkout applies only to the deliverables shown and accepted there; custom work still requires a written quote. The applicable quote or checkout confirms scope, pages, deliverables, price, payment terms, and outside costs. Access, timing, and platform limits are confirmed before work begins. No traffic, ranking, lead, sale, or revenue result is guaranteed.

Earlier time-limited revamp offers have expired. A prior offer accepted in writing remains governed by its accepted terms and does not alter the current public catalog.

Website Maintenance after launch

Galaxy-built website packages require Website Maintenance at a fixed $9/month beginning when the website launches. This fee is excluded from promotions and is separate from the one-time website build price. Checkout shows this future recurring charge and requires explicit authorization; it is not charged with the initial website purchase.

Maintenance preserves the managed technical foundation of a custom-code website, including managed site delivery, SSL, deployment, form routing, uptime checks, and basic code upkeep. It is a managed technical service, not a sale or transfer of a third-party hosting plan, software license, SaaS account, plugin, or template. Routine content edits, domain registration or renewal, business email, premium tools, payment-processing fees, and larger changes are separate unless an accepted support plan or written scope includes them. Optional Website Support and higher plans retain their separately listed scope and prices.

Written project agreement

Before paid work or account access begins, the parties may complete a project agreement identifying the deliverables, price, payment terms, timeline, revisions, responsibilities, confidentiality expectations, access rules, ownership, and approval steps. The completed agreement controls when it differs from these general website terms.

Scope and changes

The written scope identifies what is included. Features, pages, integrations, content, revisions, migration work, or platform requirements discovered later may change the price or timeline. Material changes should be documented and approved before the added work begins.

Confidentiality, access, and client control

Non-public business information is used only for the agreed work and handled according to the completed agreement. Clients retain ownership and control of their accounts, domain, content, and data. When account access is necessary, limited collaborator access or a separate temporary account should be used where possible; temporary access should be removed at handoff. Website Design Galaxy will not publish without the approval described in the project agreement.

Client materials and permissions

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to use the names, text, images, logos, data, accounts, and other materials they supply. Website Design Galaxy may pause or decline work that appears unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or outside the agreed scope.

Third-party platforms and fees

Clients remain the owner or authorized administrator of the third-party accounts needed for their work. Domain registration or renewal, third-party hosting plans, payment processors, advertising, premium apps, plugins, SaaS subscriptions, templates, stock assets, email services, store platforms, shipping or tax tools, taxes, and other third-party costs are not included in a direct checkout purchase. A later written scope may identify a separate outside cost, but a direct checkout purchase does not resell or grant a license to any such tool. Third-party availability, pricing, policies, and outages remain outside Website Design Galaxy's control.

Revisions, approvals, and timelines

The written scope defines the revision approach. Timelines depend on timely access, feedback, approvals, content, and platform availability. A schedule may change when required material or decisions are delayed, or when the project scope changes.

Responsible outcome claims

Website and marketing work can improve quality, usability, search foundations, content, inquiry flow, and measurement. Website Design Galaxy does not guarantee search rankings, platform approval, traffic, revenue, leads, or customer outcomes.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

One-time projects: Cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, we refund the unused portion after deducting completed work at the agreed milestone prices and any outside costs you specifically approved as nonrefundable. We agree on those milestones before work begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed project, we offer a revised scope for your approval or refund the undelivered portion.

Monthly services: Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. Service continues through that date. Partial-month refunds are not automatic, except where your written agreement or applicable law requires one.

Website Maintenance: The fixed $9/month begins only when your finished website launches, with your prior authorization. Cancellation stops future maintenance renewals. Before managed maintenance ends, we agree on website handoff and who will take responsibility for its technical services. Ownership follows the project agreement.

Use our Contact page or email jesse@galacticweb.design to request cancellation or discuss a refund. Your secure billing portal also provides available subscription cancellation and payment-method changes. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may support research organization, drafting, code assistance, image creation, or production tasks. Deliverables remain subject to human review and direction. Clients should disclose any requirement that prohibits or restricts particular tools before work begins.
