We review your request and confirm the deliverables, price, revisions, and project timeline in writing before paid work begins.
Design, build, and review
We create the agreed work and share it for your review. For website projects, launch follows your approval; other services are delivered as agreed.
Existing content and materials
We’ll ask for the website content, logo files, and business details needed for your project. If you need content or branding work, we’ll include it in the agreed scope. Please keep passwords out of inquiry forms.

Payment and maintenance
Eligible fixed-price services can be purchased through checkout using their stated scope and terms. Custom work is quoted after review. Website Maintenance is $9/month and begins at launch with your authorization; its scope and billing terms are confirmed beforehand.
Ownership, access, and confidentiality
The agreement records deliverables, ownership and usage rights, confidentiality, and any third-party costs or permissions. Your domain and business accounts remain under your control. We agree on limited project access and applicable backups before making changes.
Review and approval
Website previews are shared before publication. Launch and material scope changes require your approval under the project agreement.
