Professional includes enhanced visuals and artwork selected, refined, or custom-created to match your brand. Complete Launch includes high-end, fully customized visuals and artwork, with advanced visual design tailored to your brand. Artwork may use selected images, AI-assisted creation, branded graphics, icon styling, and web-ready cropping, with human direction and review.

Revision support

Website packages include unlimited collaborative revisions through launch, as long as requests stay within the chosen package and project direction.

Timing

Estimated build times start after the scope is confirmed and the needed content, account access, and approvals are available.

Commerce setup

Payment links, carts, product catalogs, subscriptions, shipping, taxes, and inventory requirements are reviewed before quoting.

Maintenance, domains, and email—in plain English

Website Maintenance: the fixed $9/month fee begins at launch and covers the website’s technical foundation, including managed site delivery, SSL, deployment, form routing, uptime checks, and basic code upkeep. It does not include routine content edits or domain registration. Promotions do not reduce this fee.

Your domain: with Website Maintenance alone, you keep and pay for your own domain account. Website Support and higher include DNS management and renewal of one standard domain valued at up to $25/year. You remain the registered domain owner.

Separate costs: business email subscriptions, premium or extra domains, payment-processing fees, paid apps, and other third-party tools remain separate unless the final written quote specifically includes them. Complete Launch includes business-email setup help, not the email subscription itself.
