Information you choose to provide

Contact, quote, checkout, free-sample, and free website diagnostic forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, project choices, budget or scope information, and a written message. Secure checkout also records the selected service and promotion, the consent choices you make, and order references needed to prepare and verify the purchase. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, private client records, medical information, or other sensitive data through the website forms.

How information is used

• Respond to your question or project request.
• Prepare a sample, diagnostic, estimate, or written scope you requested.
• Prepare and verify a checkout, payment, subscription, or related project order you authorized.
• Communicate about the project and maintain necessary business, payment, and accounting records.
• Protect the website, forms, checkout, and business from misuse or spam.

Website Design Galaxy does not sell personal information.

Forms, hosting, functions, and email

This website is designed for Netlify hosting, form processing, and serverless checkout functions. Form submissions and checkout requests may therefore be processed by Netlify. Business email is provided through Zoho Mail. Those providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

Browser preferences and project drafts

The website uses browser local storage to remember the color theme and any coupon code you explicitly apply. The project guide and checkout also use browser session storage to keep the project draft and a pending checkout authorization in the current tab, including the contact and order-reference information needed to resume or verify the same attempt. These browser records can be removed by closing the tab or clearing this site's stored data. The current site does not load a third-party advertising tracker.

Payments and Stripe

Payment-card details are entered directly on Stripe-hosted pages and are not collected by Website Design Galaxy forms or browser scripts. The checkout function sends Stripe the selected service and price, your email and project contact details, the consent choices you made, and payment and order-verification metadata needed to create and verify the transaction. Stripe may process the billing address, payment, receipt, customer, subscription, and billing-management information under its Privacy Policy. Other payment links, stores, scheduling services, or outside platforms process the information you provide under their own policies.

Order-status and billing-management links contain signed references for a specific order. Treat those links as private and do not share them.

Project confidentiality and access

For paid work, the completed project agreement can define confidentiality expectations, permitted use of non-public business information, who may access it, and when temporary access must be removed. Website Design Galaxy uses limited collaborator access or a separate temporary account where the platform allows it and does not ask clients to place passwords or sensitive records in public inquiry forms.

Retention and protection

Inquiry and order information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver and support the service, manage the business relationship, maintain required payment, accounting, security, or legal records, and resolve disputes. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information within Website Design Galaxy's control, but no website, email service, hosting provider, payment processor, or online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes. Contact jesse@galacticweb.design.
