Information you choose to provide
Contact, quote, free-sample, and free website diagnostic forms may ask for your name, email address, business name, current website, project choices, budget or scope information, and a written message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, private client records, medical information, or other sensitive data through these forms.
How information is used
- Respond to your question or project request.
- Prepare a sample, diagnostic, estimate, or written scope you requested.
- Communicate about the project and maintain basic business records.
- Protect the website, forms, and business from misuse or spam.
Website Design Galaxy does not sell personal information.
Forms, hosting, and email
This static website is designed for Netlify hosting and form processing. Form submissions may therefore be processed and stored by Netlify. Business email is provided through Zoho Mail. Those providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Browser preferences
The website uses browser local storage to remember the color theme and any coupon code you explicitly apply. These preferences remain in your browser and can be removed by clearing this site's stored data. The current site does not load a third-party advertising tracker.
Payments and outside services
No payment-card information is collected by the website's quote forms. When a separate payment link, store, scheduling service, or other third-party platform is used, the information you provide there is governed by that provider's policy.
Retention and protection
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain required records, and resolve disputes. No online system can promise absolute security, but access should be limited and the amount of information collected should stay proportionate to the request.
Your choices
