Cancellation & refund terms
Projects: Full refund before work starts. Afterward, we refund the unused portion after agreed completed work and approved nonrefundable outside costs.
Monthly services: Cancel at the end of your paid period. Partial-month refunds apply only where required by law or your agreement. Website Maintenance is $9/month starting at launch, with your authorization.
